Principal Lawyer 李律師
Jenny is the founder + principal lawyer at Jenny Lee Law, advising businesses and individuals in Canada and globally on commercial and privacy law. Offering both fractional in-house legal counsel and independent legal services, she supports clients with business operations, commercial agreements and regulatory/privacy compliance. Jenny also works as a trusted privacy consultant to firms.
Jenny previously worked as an associate at a national Seven Sisters law firm in Canada, then as in-house legal counsel at an insurance company and a health authority in British Columbia. As a legal consultant, she contributed to the Pandemic Influenza Legal Framework at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Switzerland. She also developed experience in international trade law during her time as a visiting scholar at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
As a lawyer, Jenny dedicates her time to different fields of work, intertwining privacy law, AI, innovation and commercial matters. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-C) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Jenny strives to be exceptionally hard-working, to connect her professional work for making better conditions for humanity, to enjoy life, to be inspired and to inspire others. In her free time, Jenny is an avid swimmer and a surfer girl (who loves travelling to world destinations, to surf!)

Meet Kiitos, our official pawner-in-law at Jenny Lee Law! This gratitude puppy brings smiles and thankful vibes to our virtual office every day. If you book an appointment with us, you might even catch a cameo from Kiitos during your online meeting—she’s always ready to offer a paw and a smile. She’s also a regular at our coffee breaks in between work, making sure everyone stays cheerful and recharged.
Fun fact: her name means “thank you” in Finnish, and she lives up to it with every tail wag and puppy smile! 🐾
